On your Windows laptop or MacBook, launch you favourite browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari) and go to: https://www.icloud.com/ and login with your Apple ID.

From here you can access and manage all your photos which is useful for deleting lots of photos for example, and creating albums. Similarly you can manage Contacts, Calendar, Apple Notes and create and manage Pages (Word), Numbers (Excel) and Keynote (PowerPoint) documents. Importantly you can find your Apple devices like iPhones and iPads.

iCloud can link to cloud storage from others like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Samsung and so on. You will see I have linked my Microsoft OnDrive (Drive in example).

Note you can customise the widgets and apps that appear using Customise Home Page.

Apple Email

For your Apple email click on the Mail app or the Mail widget

Note you can view your Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Junk, Bin, Archive and email in your Deleted and Sent folders.

You access your Mail settings by clicking on the gear icon. This is where you can add other email accounts as needed.
